Hi! I'm Julia, owner of Alchemist Cat Creations LLC. I am a full time analytical chemist for a botanical pharmaceutical company in Littleton, Colorado.

Throughout my life, I have loved art and making art in various forms to include acrylic flow art, acrylic and oil paintings, collage art, and jewelry making.

In 2023, I started painting various chemical compounds found in nature. I loved combining art, science, and nature into a form everyone could appreciate, even those without backgrounds in chemistry. 

 

In 2019, I started making genuine crystal bracelets using brass wire and leather. I formed a deep appreciation for crystals over the past few years, for their similarities in chemical compositions, yet at times strikingly different appearances, as well as their symbolism and history. While I still make bracelets today, my passion morphed into making statement necklaces combining intricate glass beads and precious gemstones, along with pendants representing nature or fantasy creatures. Each piece is handcrafted with significant attention to detail and care.

I formed Alchemist Cat Creations this year to share my art with more people. The cat in my logo is a real extracted photo of my pet cat, Dracula, who is never far from my side in my art making process. Thanks for visiting my page and I hope you'll find something that speaks to you!
